PLEASE NOTE:
In order to be paid
through Kansas Health Solutions
providers MUST ALSO be a Medicaid-enrolled provider. This
requires you to contact the Kansas Medical Assistance Program,
provider enrollment staff, at 1-800-933-6593
Providers must also have a
National Practitioner Identifier (NPI) number.
This requires you to
contact Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services by calling
1-800-465-3203 OR by
visiting their web site.

that the new tracking forms for Seclusion and Restraint
Reporting for the period
March 1- May 31, 2008 is due no later than June 15, 2008.
The tracking survey form may be found on the KHS website

Attention ALL Providers - Case Conference services (
99366,99367,99638) are available to all KHS network
providers. These services must be pre-authorized by
contacting Care management and are limited to 16 units per
benefit year.
