Members can expect Member Services to:

 

-      Answer questions.

-      Explain what services are covered.

-      Teach you how to find providers.

-      Assist you to determine service needs.

-      Help choose a provider close to you.

-      Teach you about services for special needs.

-      Make you aware of mental health education programs.

-      Resolve problems in receiving quality services.

-      Resolve problems in receiving effective care.
